A quiet stretch
No substantive Colorado conversations in the shows we cover this week. College talk comes from the national shows, so it picks up when Colorado is in the news. We keep listening, and quiet days stay honestly short in the app too.
Only the Colorado talk. Every morning.
Everything that isn't Colorado talk gets cut. Sorry, Arizona, Arizona State, BYU.
We only play a clip here when we can verify its exact start in your browser. The app has the full slate and plays everything.

Common questions
Which podcasts get reviewed for Colorado conversations?
Cover 3 College Football, Josh Pate's College Football Show, The Solid Verbal, The Joel Klatt Show, Brandon Walker College Football Show, Shutdown Fullcast. Any time one of them has a substantive Colorado conversation, it becomes a clip.
What are the best Colorado podcasts right now?
The big national shows cover Colorado in waves. The Cutdown reads all of them every morning and pulls the Colorado parts into one playlist, so you get the best of every one of them.
What are people saying about Colorado today?
A quiet stretch right now. The app checks every morning and tells you honestly when there is nothing worth your time.
When is it ready?
By about 6:30am Eastern, seven mornings a week.
Is it free? Do I need an account?
Free, and no account. Your follows and history stay on your phone.
Is this an official Colorado Buffaloes app?
No. The Cutdown is independent and not affiliated with the Colorado Buffaloes or the NCAA. We just listen to the podcasts so you don't have to skip around.
Is there an Android version?
iPhone only for now.
Do you rehost the audio?
No. Every clip plays from the show's own servers, exactly like a podcast app, and credits the show, with a link to the full episode when we have one. We send listeners to shows.
Can I follow other teams too?
Yes, in the app. Follow as many teams as you want, NBA, NFL, and NHL included, plus individual players, and every morning they all land in one playlist.
Tomorrow's Colorado edition is already being cut.
